Last week, I hiked Tumbledown Mountain with a wonderful group of women from the Ladies Adventure Club. Here is my write-up for the LAC. 

For those of you based in Maine, check out the Ladies Adventure Club! For a reasonable annual membership fee, you’ll have access to “adventures” all year long. In just the last six months, I’ve joined the group for hiking trips, a cooking class, a intro to squash lesson, a bike ride and Kentucky Derby party, snowshoeing, potluck dinners, an overnight X-C ski trip, a behind-the-scenes visit to the Portland Symphony Orchestra…. And of course it’s a great way to meet other women with similar interests!
