You may book your stay through VRBO as well (and this is how you would pay by credit card), but you may also e-mail me, Abby, at bbcportside@gmail.com to book directly through me and save on fees. I am happy to take payment by Venmo or by check.

2023 Rates (for up to 6 people) 

January 1 – May 25: $1650/week, or $1045 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
May 26 – June 22: $2565/week, or $1555 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
June 23 – October 15: $4385/week
October 16 – December 31**: $1865/week, or $1135 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
**Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks: $2565/week, or $1555 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)

2024 Rates (for up to 6 people) 

January 1 – May 24: $1750/week, or $1155 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
May 25 – June 22: $2735/week, or $1655 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
June 22 – October 14: $4675/week
October 15 – December 31**: $1985/week, or $1215 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
**Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks: $2735/week, or $1655 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)

I offer 10% off the stated rates for guests who have booked a 1-week minimum stay for the previous year.
