January 1 – May 21: $1890/week, or $1250 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
May 22 – June 18: $2960/week, or $1785 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
June 19 – October 12: $4995/week
October 13 – December 31**: $2150/week, or $1350 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
**Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks: $2960/week, or $1785 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)

2027 Rates (for up to 6 people) 

January 1 – May 20: $1995/week, or $1295 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
May 21 – June 17: $3095/week, or $1855 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
June 18 – October 12: $5195/week
October 13 – December 31**: $2225/week, or $1395 for a long weekend (up to 3 nights)
